The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their time at our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Assist with banquet service as needed, including setup and breakdown of events. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Stay informed about new products, trends in the beverage industry, and menu offerings. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices related to beverage service. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus. Strong sales skills to promote beverages and upsell menu items effectively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
