The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests at various events, including banquets and catered functions. This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready for service. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food handling safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide assistance as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations during events. Follow all catering guidelines and protocols to enhance guest relations and overall experience. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in catering or restaurant settings, is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Experience in banquet service or hospitality roles is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
