The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and Aloha POS system. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for catering events or special occasions. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products in the food industry. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register or POS system (Aloha POS experience is a plus). Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
