The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality and ensure their needs are met. Process orders efficiently using the Aloha POS system, handling cash and credit transactions accurately. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering products. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is required; training will be provided. Familiarity with FOCUS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations in the food service industry. Excellent time management abilities to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
