Bartender Crust Pizza Co. Moss Bluff 1355 Sam Houston Jones Pkwy, Lake Charles, LA 70611 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages. You will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to established recipes while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their experience. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Participate in special events such as banquets or nightclub functions as needed. Run drive-thru/to-go orders. Answer in-coming phone calls for to-go orders. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience in bartending or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety standards are met. Experience in brewing or crafting specialty drinks is a plus. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings. Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payments.
