In this role, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your contributions will enhance the overall guest experience and support our mission of hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register. Assist in training new staff on bar operations and customer service standards. Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders efficiently. Create a welcoming environment by maintaining a friendly demeanor with all guests. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly XNPOS, is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food service practices is beneficial for coordinating with kitchen staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
