With over 20 TVs and ample seating, we provide an exciting dining experience at our two locations in Baton Rouge. Summary We are seeking a Barback to join our energetic team at Tiger Paw Grill and Daiquiris. In this role, you will support bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked and organized while providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service during busy shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Restock supplies such as glassware, garnishes, and liquor as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in food preparation areas. Provide friendly customer service to guests at the bar. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
