The ideal candidate will have experience in both fine dining and nightlife environments, showcasing their ability to craft exceptional beverages while providing outstanding customer service. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through your expertise in mixology and hospitality. Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering services, including preparing drink stations and stocking supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and cocktail techniques to enhance the guest experience. Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for managing cash transactions and inventory control (retail math). Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments. Knowledge of food service operations, including catering and banquet services. Sales skills to effectively promote beverage offerings and upsell items to guests.
