The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Process cash handling transactions accurately using the POS system. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is required. Must have three years of bar experience that doesn’t just include making Jack and Coke. Must have experience with mixing drinks and know what a jigger is. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus, along with familiarity with various types of beverages. Must be familiar with types of alcohol brands and basic cocktails. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
