Great Bartenders need to keep guests entertained in addition to extensive knowledge of alcohol and cocktails of all types. We look for bartenders who have the following necessary skills to perform all their job functions well: Guest service

• bartenders are entertainers as well as drink servers, which requires excellent guest service and good people skills Salesmanship
• bartenders make suggestions and teach guests and upsell drink orders Communication skills
• positively engage with guests at the bar and team member Computer skills
• use point of sale systems and other computer programs, we seek professionals with basic computer skills Physical stamina
