The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience in our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering services. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption. Experience Previous experience in a bartending role of a find dining restaurant is required. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits is necessary. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Experience in fine dining or hospitality settings is advantageous but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
