The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items as needed. Manage cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring that all service standards are met. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service in a busy environment. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
