The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure compliance with local laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards. Skills Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
