The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks and providing an outstanding experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly. Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring accurate tab management. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; experience in the food industry is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate order processing and cash handling. Basic math skills are essential for measuring ingredients and managing tabs. A background in hospitality or customer service will enhance your ability to connect with guests effectively.
