The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, processing payments efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks in an upscale casual dining setting. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering when necessary. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Stay informed about drink trends, new products, and menu changes to enhance guest experience. Serve guests in the bar seating area in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and fine dining etiquette is preferred. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
