The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Skills Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in catering or event services is a plus. Familiarity with brewing techniques for crafting specialty drinks. Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle various customer interactions gracefully. Experience with cash registers and basic retail math for accurate financial transactions. Background in nightclub or bar environments is beneficial, enhancing the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings. Previous experience in food service is preferred, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
