The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Operate the cash register efficiently, processing payments accurately. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their orders. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing your skills in a variety of settings. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support overall operations. Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and fine dining service standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A passion for sales and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Experience in catering or fine dining establishments is a plus.
