The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in both casual and fine dining settings. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops. Interact with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage tabs. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all food safety regulations. Assist with banquet and catering events, providing beverage service as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food pairings with drinks. Stay updated on new drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest experience. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various spirits, wines, and cocktails. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or fine dining environments. Familiarity with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage preparation and service. Experience in banquet or catering services is a plus but not required.
