We are now seeking lively, entertaining bartenders and managers for Bourbon Daiquiris on General De Gaulle. Every position is open right now! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Duties Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Prepare alcohol orders for the bar and drive-thru. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred; experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Excellent cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of sales techniques to promote drink specials or upsell menu items is a plus.
• Must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
