The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. Process cash transactions accurately using the cash register or Aloha POS system. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar or in banquet settings. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Skills Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with food safety practices in both fine dining and nightclub environments is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in banquet service or event coordination is a plus.
