• we are exceptionally busy but small restaurant open to the public at the edge of the Cypress Lakes Country Club.

We are super close to the freeway-Parking is free and easy to find in our lot. In addition to in house service we have frequent (weekly) in house and off premise catering. Ideally we would like to add a couple people that are friendly, will help each other with pre bussing, etc. although we are a very new restaurant the crew is happy, has a system and is making good tips. we are just getting really busy and need a couple more people. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell drinks and menu items effectively. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers positively. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink preparation techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices is essential.
