Job Description
Snack Bar Crew Member The Ridgevale Beach Snack Bar 434 Ridgevale Road, Chatham, MA 02633 We’re looking for energetic, friendly people to join our team at our family-run beachfront snack bar & store for the summer season. NO prior experience needed! Will train anyone willing to learn. Must be able to work starting end of June
- through Labor Day Day shifts from 11 am
- 4 pm (approx); weekends required when weather holds Part-time hours
- anywhere from 20-35 hours/week available From $16+/hour + great tips Ages 16+ Reliable & motivated to learn Contact us by email with your information, age, and your work availability from the end of June through Labor Day. Duties & responsibilities:
- We are willing to train motivated people who are up for learning the ropes! No prior experience needed. Crew member will support the main cook to make sure that food items prepared meet both the restaurant’s and the customer’s standards (Menu is simple
- burgers, fries, chicken tenders, etc.
) Set up the kitchen station and prepare all food items necessary for service Pay attention to cleanliness and organization Be reliable, friendly, have a positive attitude, work well with others, and work well under pressure

Family owned & operated snack bar and store for over 60 years, we’re located right on Ridgevale Beach. We also operate sailing, kayak and paddle board rentals via Chatham Sailboat Rentals. We serve families, kids and beach-goers in a casual beachfront atmosphere; guests order and eat on our creek-front outdoor patio or take their food down to the beach.
