Job Overview Now Hiring:
Full-Time Bartender Firefly is seeking a full-time, year-round bartender to join our team beginning on or around August 1st. One of our long-standing team members is heading west to begin a new chapter in Colorado, and we’re looking for the right person to take his place. We’d prefer someone with experience in high-end cocktail preparation, but we’re happy to train the right candidate, provided you already have bartending experience. The ideal person can handle the fast pace of Lenox summers while appreciating the more laid-back, locals-focused atmosphere the rest of the year. Interested? Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Uphold food safety standards and regulations while handling ingredients and serving food. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in an upscale dining establishments is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
