One that takes pride in providing attentive, friendly, and clean/sanitary service that ensures our guests feel valued and well taken care of, which contributes to guest loyalty. Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred. Compensation includes hourly plus tips. Sea Level offers a spectacular view of the Salem Harbor where we offer waterfront dining, two bars up to 50 seats and fresh seafood. 2 years of bartending experience is required. Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests Assess guests needs, and make recommendations Mix ingredients according to recipe Check guests identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Set up/ break down/restock/replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused to ensure excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Proven working experience as a bartender in a high volume setting Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
