Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender / Server to join our team at Black Cow. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and crafting high-quality beverages that enhance our guests’ dining experience. Located in a vibrant atmosphere, this position offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the Toast POS system. Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and promote specials. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
