Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, bartending, or related field
• Proficiency in retail math for handling payments and making change
• Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
• Familiarity with catering services is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
