We’re looking to hire an experienced bartender. Someone with 3 plus years of experience Someone with the ability to maintain their bar during high volume dining times. If you’re creative with cocktails, organized, and a natural leader, join our team. Fixed weekly schedule, competitive pay, and great tips.
About Us:
We’re an Irish Pub open five days a week offering casual dining. We Have dinner service (4 pm – 9:30 pm) for five nights and lunches (11:30 am – 5 pm) on the weekend only. We have several themed nights. The bar tends to be the center of our operation with a good mix of regulars, diners, and sports enthusiasts. We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, and can manage the bar during busy shifts.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve classic, modern, and specialty cocktails Have the ability to create weekly and seasonal cocktail specials Deliver exceptional service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and storage area Perform closing duties including cleanup and restocking Support and lead front-of-house energy during shifts Communicate effectively with team and customers
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced setting Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of a wide variety of beer, cocktails and spirits Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure Experience with bar closing procedures required Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
What We Offer:
Hourly pay range ($10.00 – $15.00 depending on experience) plus tips Fixed weekly schedule, four shifts, average of 32-42 hours Leadership role with room for creativity and input How to
