Bartender Restaurant Red Lion Inn 1704 Cohasset MA- The Tavern 71 South Main Street, Cohasset, MA 02025 The Red Lion Tavern is looking for a dynamic Bartender to develop and execute a craft cocktail list focused on fresh-squeezed juices, local spirits, and a creative large format and classic cocktails. Looking for someone who wants to be part of a restaurant team that involves passionate professionals in a creative culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to inventory, ordering, cocktail creation, training, and hiring bar staff. We are hiring Bartenders based on your availability to join our team. What will you be doing Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of the restaurant by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for set up, maintenance, and breakdown of the bar Takes drink orders from patrons or servers Prepares drinks consistently according to standard recipes Monitors and stocks bar levels Handles all bar transactions Assists with inventories Greets all guests warmly; Seats when necessary Guides guests’ bar experience Possesses superior beer, wine, and food knowledge Serves and runs food quickly and accurately Communicates with the kitchen Rings drink orders into register, collects payment, and makes a change Washes and sterilizes glassware Prepare garnishes for drinks Attends required pieces of training and meetings Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
