As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted beverages and attentive service. Toast POS experience is a plus. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Process transactions accurately using cash registers or Aloha POS systems, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate catering orders and ensure timely service during events. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or food service settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bartending techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with Toast POS systems or similar cash register systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
