The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, eager to deepen their knowledge of wine, and comfortable working in both the front-of-house and behind the bar. About the
Role:
This is a hybrid position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and can fluidly transition between bartender and server duties depending on the day’s needs. A genuine passion for guest experience and a strong work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities:
Provide warm, professional service to guests in both server and bartender roles Create and serve expertly crafted beverages with attention to detail and consistency Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized bar and dining area Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless fine dining experience Share knowledge of wines and be open to continued learning about Italian and regional wine selections Uphold all safety and cleanliness standards behind the bar and on the floor
