Craft Cocktail Bartender Asia Gourmet Westminster, MA Job brief Asia Gourment is an Asian cuisine with full Polynesian cocktail bar located in uptown of Athol MA new development piazzas. We have Bartender or Server, and Manager Assistants positions open. We are looking to hire those dedicated Bartender and Server to join our team and providing a high level of service to all his/her guests: Have a strong work ethic and thrive on working in a fast paced environment while keeping a calm and collected demeanor. Have a strong background in both spirits and wine and have ability to describe them to guests in an unintimidating and logical manner.
Requirements and skills:
Time Management Customer Satisfaction Attention to Detail Communication Being a Team Player Experience is a must – Friday and Saturday availability is a must – no exceptions Responsibilities Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, demonstrating knowledge of wine and spirits. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address customer needs. Manage time effectively during peak hours to enhance service quality.
