⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Bar Futo is Hiring an AM Server/Bartender (Portland) Bar Futo ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: $7.50/hr + Tips employment type: job title: AM Server/Bartender Bar Futo, a Japanese-inspired restaurant rooted in binchotan-fired cooking in the heart of Portland’s Old Port, is looking for servers and bartenders to add to the team for lunch service. Job Responsibilities Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests Actively manage reservation system to maximize seat count Balance service of multiple tables/guests with food running and bussing during busy services Help maintain high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Qualifications/Experience Prior Serving/Bartending experience preferred, but will train the right candidates Keen interest and willingness to learn Ability to stand and work on feet for extended period (up to 12 hours) Knowledge of sake/wine and Japanese ingredients/techniques is a plus Benefits Employee discount, and discounts at sister restaurants Grispy Gai/Mr. Tuna Extra vacation day for your birthday, take it on your birthday or keep it in your pocket for another day!
