Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using

TOAST POS

systems. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies and working with barbacks to ensure efficient service. Comply with all food safety and alcohol service regulations, including proper food handling practices. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Skills Proven experience in bartending with 5+ years of experience is required. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems like TOAST. Strong understanding of retail math. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
