Position Summary:

We are seeking a poised, professional, and service-oriented Servers/Bartenders to deliver an exceptional dining and beverage experience at high-end events, corporate functions, and executive-level banquets. The ideal candidate is refined in manner, attentive to detail, and committed to upholding the highest standards of hospitality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms and bar areas according to event specifications (tables, linens, glassware, silverware, bar tools, etc.) Greet guests courteously and provide a seamless, polished service experience throughout the event Serve plated meals and beverages, including cocktails, wine, and spirits, with precision and professionalism Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes and client preferences, maintaining consistent quality and presentation Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, bar setups, and event areas Respond promptly to guest needs and communicate efficiently with kitchen, bar, and event staff Execute proper serving and bartending etiquette and protocol for high-profile guests Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns with discretion and grace Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup, including inventory checks, bar restocking, and resetting for future events Adhere to all company and safety policies, including health, sanitation, and alcohol service standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, upscale event service, and bartending preferred Polished appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills Visible tattoos and facial piercings will need to be covered or removed while on duty to align with client expectations Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including cocktail preparation, wine service, and dietary considerations Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or bar supplies for extended periods Professional demeanor with a commitment to privacy and discretion Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
