Bartender Ultramar/Casa 77 77 Pier Rd, Cape Porpoise, ME 04046 Ultramar, a wood fired seafood grill, located at 77 Pier Road, in beautiful Cape Porpoise, Maine is looking to hire bartenders. We are located on the water with amazing western views. We are a new restaurant focusing on wood-fired, fresh seafood, with a Mediterranean flare. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years experience bartending in a high volume, upscale restaurant. They should have excellent food, wine, and liquor knowledge, and know how to execute proper service techniques. We provide a set schedule. • Bartending experience
• Proficiency in POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety protocols
• Ability to handle cash register transactions
• Previous restaurant experience
• Familiarity with banquet operations
• Basic math skills for handling sales and transactions
