The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. Responsibilities Assist bartenders with the preparation of drinks and cocktails, ensuring all ingredients are readily available. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and other bar essentials. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy shifts. Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs and requests. Qualifications Previous experience is preferred but not required. 18 and up Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to lift 60+lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A willingness to learn about beverages, cocktails, and bar operations. Must be able to clean efficiently and help maintain a tidy work environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
