Buddy’s Harbor is looking for resort hands // Barbacks to help with resort duties and operation. Buddy’s Harbor Boutique Resort & Marina is Now Hiring. We’re all about offering guests a top notch resort experience, boat & jetski rentals, and a terrific food and beverage offering. Our team works hard, has fun, and makes sure our guests have an unforgettable experience.
What You’ll Do:
Keep the resort running
- Service the pool, gardens and support the bars. Refill liquor, beer, ice, and mixers so the bartenders never run dry. Maintain a clean & organized bar
- Wipe down surfaces, remove empty glasses, and make sure everything is spotless. Support the bartenders
- Anticipate their needs, run for supplies, and help them serve drinks efficiently. Restock & prep
- Cut garnishes, refill napkins and straws, and make sure every detail is covered. Move fast & stay sharp
- Resorts get busy, and you’ll be in the thick of it, keeping everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. Ability to hustle and stay on your feet in a fast-paced environment. Great teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail—because a well-stocked bar makes all the difference. Previous Resort, barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
