Full Time Pay $6.88 per hour plus tips
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years of age Reports to: Beverage Manager/ Asst Director of F&B, Beverage Department As a Cocktail Server, you are bringing the fun and escapism directly to the guest with your upbeat and efficient service. You enjoy talking with all kinds of people, multi-tasking and seeking out ways to be better than the best!
Responsibilities include:
Ensure all details are followed according to supervisor’s instructions while providing guests with the finest quality of service at all times in a warm and friendly manner. Ensure the work area is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition Communicate guest compliments/complaints to management. Check guest’s identification to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages and be able to refuse to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age. Will also Bartend as needed. Check guests ID and be able to refuse to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests under the legal age. Ability to manage time well with minimal supervision. Personal Skills Some relevant training and experience required. Previous Micros experience preferred, but not essential. Must be able to pass “Responsible Beverage Service Training” per state of Missouri requirements. Conducts himherself, acts and dresses with complete, clean uniform professionally at all times. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests and associates. Physical Requirements Minimum lifting/pulling of 40 pounds using proper lifting techniques. Anything over 40 lbs requires asking for assistance. Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity, continuous standing. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time – up to 8 hours.
