The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and creating an inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a busy environment. Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
