Bartender St Clair Elks Saint Clair, MO 63077 Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a social club setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-stocked and sanitized. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash and process transactions accurately while adhering to retail math principles. Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktails, and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or as a bartender in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
