As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages in a vibrant nightlife environment. Your expertise in mixology, customer service, and time management will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when catering events. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure efficient service without compromising quality. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Pay is half min wage plus tips. Our bartenders average $25-35 an hour based on day/season/performance. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Ability to engage with customers warmly, demonstrating hospitality and sales skills. Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
