BUSSER and BARBACK CASINO Position Available In Coahoma, Mississippi

The Barback/Busperson is responsible for keeping the bar area stocked and clean and provide the Beverage Servers with items on request. Responsibilities to include : Stock bar items daily. Fill ice bins as needed. Assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks. Replace bottles on Easy System, replacing juices and beer kegs on line. Empty garbage and mop floors. Other duties as assigned.

EQUIPMENT/TECHNICAL

Use of all bar equipment, cash register, computer and telephone

WORK AREA

Casino environment exposed to temperatures that may vary, noise, smoke, and bright lights. May include a boat and/or floating barge. High rise hotel and atrium.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Walking/Standing 65% Bending/Lifting 35% (up to 75 lbs.)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Six months experience in beverage field preferred but not required. Alcohol Awareness Certification (provided onsite)

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Must be able to read, write, and understand simple instructions. Must be able to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
