Bartender/Server Sippin Silo Southaven, MS 38672 • Hybrid work Sippin Silo is a self-serve wine bar that features craft cocktails as well as small plates, flatbreads and charcuterie. Summary We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to work a hybrid position with shifts on both the service floor and behind the bar. Job Responsibilities Make all cocktails precisely, and according to restaurant recipes. Take care of all guests with hospitality and patience. Explain how to utilize the wine system, and about cocktail and menu offerings. Process payments for guest tabs. Participate in bar prep to keep the bar appropriately stocked Communicate with management about any issues Help with cocktail creation and special menu offerings. Qualifications Experience in both bartending and serving roles Proficiency with using a POS system Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of classic cocktails, and hot to properly use all bar equipment. Previous experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants. Familiarity with basic math and retail math. Understanding of alcohol regulations and practices.
