The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing high-quality beverage service to our guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all patrons receive prompt and friendly service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash handling effectively, including processing payments and providing change accurately. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, take orders, and recommend drink options. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or banquets. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption. Utilize POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Handle inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink recipe measurements. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a nightclub or bar setting. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude with the ability to help create an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques is a plus.
