Bartender/Server 200 North Beach Restaurant & Bar 200 N. Beach Boulevard, Bay Saint Louis, MS 39520 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar inventory, serving tables, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience. Process cash transactions accurately using the Toast POS system and handle cash register duties efficiently. Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock rotation. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and address customer needs promptly. Demonstrate effective time management skills during peak hours to maintain service quality. Experience At least two years’ previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is required. Proficient in cash handling procedures and retail math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
