As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your ability to engage with patrons and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash register operations, including cash handling and processing payments accurately. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their experience. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable, particularly in fine dining settings or during special events. Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining establishment is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards. Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assist customers independently. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment are essential for this role.
