As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Familiarity with any point-of-sale system is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently.
