Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist in banquet or catering events as required, ensuring all beverage needs are met. Skills Experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with food handling regulations is an advantage. A proactive attitude towards helping guests and enhancing their experience.
