Provides prompt, attentive, and professional service in a casual, fast-paced setting popular with golfers before and after their rounds. This role also supports food and beverage service during golf tournaments and related events, helping ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience both on and off the course.

Responsibilities Include:

Providing professional service to our members and their guests Presenting menu options and formal serving Understanding and executing basic bartending skills Maintaining thorough knowledge of all menu and beverage offerings Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system Delivering orders efficiently with attention to presentation and quality Assisting with set-up for banquets, golf tournaments, and special events Maintaining a clean, organized service area and dining space Building rapport with members through attentive and personalized service Working collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations Completing side work, restocking, and end-of-shift duties as needed Adhering to all club service standards, grooming policies, and safety regulations

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old to bartend Prior experience in full-service, upscale dining required Reliable and passionate about delivering outstanding service Proficient in spoken and written English Clean, professional appearance Must pass a criminal background check Biltmore Forest Country Club is an equal-opportunity employer committed to inclusive employment practices.
