Part-Time Beer & Wine Customer Service Agent | Bartender 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 76 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801 Asheville’s favorite ambassador, LaZoom Tours, is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Associate for our fast-paced, engaging tour departure location. Exceptional customer service is a pillar of our company’s ethos and is a must for this position. Job duties include providing exceptional customer service to all guests, checking guests in for tours, selling and serving drinks, answering phone inquiries, booking parties on tours, communicating efficiently with other staff via Slack messaging app, opening and closing duties of the establishment. This is a tipped position. Evenings and Weekends Required. $16/hr plus tips!
